PHOTO 1: In this photo we can see men who are going to work. I photographed them because I wanted to show that in Bolivia, people living with HIV have difficult access to work and that's something that we really need to change. Personally, this photo means how people living with HIV, don't have access to wo(work just because they are infected) even though many of them have great skills to occupy high positions in businesses.
PHOTO 2: This second photo I want to share with you shows young people having fun. I took this photo when my friends and I went to Mallasa in La Paz - Bolivia. I took this photo because I wanted to show how our society should be, an inclusive society, where people living with HIV are not discriminated and they are considered equal to people that don't have HIV. Personally, means a change I want to see in Bolivian society as soon as possible.
Alan,
Great photos Alan! I like the contrast you are portraying between young people (engaged and fun) and adults (turning their backs on the young people). Very interesting. Also, it seems that you are quite interested in employment issues for people living with HIV (you mentioned this in your tree too).
